About me? Well, I am an avid Martial Artist, have been for almost 24 years now. I have been training under the same teacher, Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim, at the same school, Jung SuWon Martial Art Academy, and am loving every minute of it. But 2 years ago, out of nowhere, I was hospitalized with a bilateral pulmonary embolism. I had no idea what that was, or how dangerous it is. Nor did I have any idea about coumadin/warfarin. That certainly changed my life – but! I am still training, and this blog is about my journey since that day I was diagnosed….
